Artisanal Chilli oil, smoky flavour and medium spiciness, made of 3 different Mexican Chillies, with hand toasted crunchy pumpkin  and sesame seeds from Villa Comaltitlán Chiapas. 

Recommendation for use: Ideal for fish, meats, salads, seafood, soups, pizzas and quesadillas. It is recommended to mix a tablespoon of salsa macha with two roasted tomatoes and half onion to make a quick red sauce.
