However, please note that, in line with industry standards and for reasons related to food safety and quality assurance, we do not offer refunds on food items. Instead, we provide the option for exchanges under specific circumstances, such as damaged items during delivery, products not as described on our platform, or in cases of incorrect items delivered.

Our exchange policy allows for the swift replacement of items that do not meet our quality standards or your expectations. We kindly request that any exchange requests be made within 3 days from the date of delivery and that the items remain unused and in their original condition.
