Blue Corn Flour for Tortillas (450g)

INSTRUCTIONS TO PREPARE THE DOUGH:

In a bowl, mix 3 3/4 cups of flour (450g) with 500ml of water. Gradually add the water while kneading until you achieve the desired texture. Continue kneading for 2 minutes.

Heat the griddle (comal) over medium heat. You can shape your tortillas by hand or use a tortilla press.
